Rescheduling and refunds

What you pay

Applying is free. Booking is not: on your booking page you pay one total for your hour. It is shown after you enter your card and before you pay, it includes a booking fee when the card was issued in the US, and nothing is added to it after you pay.

Moving, missing, and cancelling

You are paying to hold an hour of someone’s time, not buying a ticket you can hand back.

• One move, free. You can reschedule a booked hour once, before it starts, at no extra cost.
• Miss it and the payment stays. If you do not turn up, or cancel after the move has been used, the payment for that hour is not returned. It applies to that hour only — never to a pack, a month, or anything you have not yet booked.
• If the session does not happen on the gym’s side, you get everything back. If ครู Jason or Ragin Fight Fitness cancels, the hour was never actually held, it was double-booked, or it was filled by someone else, you are refunded in full — the rate and the booking fee — to the card you paid with.
• Changed your mind is not a refund reason. The one move is what exists for that, and it is free.

Moving or cancelling

Move a booked hour once, before it starts, from your booking page. There is no way to cancel a booked hour yourself. If the session is cancelled on the gym’s side, Ragin Fight Fitness refunds you in full, booking fee included, to the card you paid with.
