What is being sold

A single private instruction session, normally one hour, taught by ครู Jason Somchay of Ragin Fight Fitness, LLC. Sessions are sold one at a time. There is no membership and no ongoing commitment on either side.

Applying is not booking

Sending an application does not reserve anything and costs nothing. Ragin Fight Fitness decides which applications to accept and may decline without giving a reason.

You apply once. If you are accepted, later hours are booked from the link the gym sends you — you do not fill the application in again, and there is no fee for applying at any point.

Price

Applying is free, always.

Booking is not. You pay on your booking page, and you are charged one total for your hour. It is shown after you enter your card and before you pay, it includes a booking fee when the card was issued in the US, and nothing is added to it after you pay.

The fee can change. The amount shown on your booking page when you book is the one that applies.

Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds

Booking an hour pays to hold someone’s time; it is not a ticket that can be handed back. You may move a booked hour once, free, before it starts. If you miss the hour, or cancel after that move has been used, the payment for that hour is not returned — never for a pack, a month, or anything not yet booked.

If the session does not happen on the gym’s side, you are refunded in full, and that includes the booking fee. That covers ครู Jason or Ragin Fight Fitness cancelling it, the hour never having been held, a double booking, and the hour being filled by someone else. The refund goes back to the card you paid with. Changing your mind is not a refund reason; the free move is what exists for that.

Physical risk

Muay Thai and kickboxing are contact sports and carry a real risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and you are responsible for judging your own fitness to train. Declare injuries, illness or conditions on the application form, and again before the session starts. Nothing here is medical advice.

Conduct

Instruction may be ended without refund for behaviour that is unsafe, intoxicated, threatening or abusive.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Otherwise, liability is limited to the amount paid for the session in question.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida.
